Happy Friday!
Today we are going to finish reading American Born Chinese (most of you seem to have enjoyed the book, yay!), complete the guided reading questions, and do an activity called body biographies.
Homework (due Tuesday 10/15):
Complete and turn in your character logs and your body biography. These are both pretty major grades related to our standard about characterization. You're working on analyzing the development of the complex characters in the text.
Today all READING LOGS should be turned in - this is a BIG GRADE!!! And considering we have gone over all the answers in class together, there should be NO excuses for you to not have it done.
Reminder: Monday we're going to be in the media center, doing a lesson on ABC with Ms. Packer.
